Standard Booking Cancellation Policy - Haddock Hideaway® recommends taking out cancellation insurance which is available through Booking Protect. All refunds will then be claimed through Booking Protect or your own provider under their terms and conditions.

 

Non-refundable Cancellation Policy - The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation at the time of booking which is non refundable.

Haddock Hideaway® recommends personal holiday insurance is taken out by all guests at the point of booking to cover any costs incurred by cancellation. This should be sourced directly by guests.

For the avoidance of doubt, cancellations made to non-refundable bookings will not be entitled to any refund.
